I’m back to posting my Final Fantasy collection tomorrow! It will be a weekly series and I’ll be starting from the beginning. I keep posting my collection then I stop because of life things. I won’t be stopping this time no matter what. This will help me document too. Many are aware of my passion but if you are new I’ve been a collector for 35 years and have over 4000 items. I’ve been aiming for GWR for years now but with my moves, life stress and loss of my mom and brother my motivation became very low. I’m still struggling with grief but I’m a bit better.
I’m almost 45 and Final Fantasy has been my happiness for decades. It reminds me of my family especially my brothers. My dad supported us so much after they ran away from the war and my happiness was always watching my brothers play video games. Final Fantasy stuck out to me the most. My dad would give me $2 every Sunday to go buy candy from the corner store but I’d go rent Final Fantasy games instead. He didn’t even make that much money but it’s the small things that made us happy.
It’s not just a series to me.. it means love and it will forever remind me of all the time spent with my brothers.. especially the one who passed away a few years ago. It ain’t just toys either.. each piece it’s meaningful to me. I don’t collect EVERYTHING Final Fantasy. I’m very picky. I just want to share my passion to the world and express how this series changed my life.

Carlos Merino decided to split the "best of Kaisa" with me and the other three Kaisa players present on day 2. We SHOOK HANDS, created a WhatsApp group with all of us, and decided to split the prize. At the end of the tournament, when he finished first in rating, he decided to ignore the agreement and keep the card for himself.
I'm shocked by this behavior. If he hadn't been ahead in terms of rating, the deal would have been valid and he would have gotten his share.
