Therapy comes in many ways. The URMC Pediatric Behavioral Health & Wellness understands that teens learn through creative arts. Clients learned how to process loss, bullying, LGBTQIA , relationships, sisterhood, & saying goodbye. Again, therapy goes beyond the office.

Shout out to Common Ground Health’s Community Wellness Summit! Shout out to the keynote speaker and the amazing youth! Hearing the voices of our youth was insightful. It was great seeing our community come out and our youth talk about mental health and what they need as support.

I had a wonderful time attending the Aenon Baptist Church, “Pressing Forward and Thriving with Hope” Symposium. We shared critical information with the community about mental health, financial literacy, managing grief, and issues affecting young adults. 🩷💚🩷
