“As leaders, it's dangerous to be surrounded by talented leaders who have nothing to say. You have to ask yourself why. Leadership includes reflecting on your leadership style, your reactions, & your ego. It's okay, to just listen & trust your team.” (Dr. April Aycock, 2023)
