Peneliti dalam Riset ini tidak menemukan satu pun gen tunggal yang menjadi penentu mutlak orientasi seksual seseorang. Anggapan bahwa ada gen khusus yang membuat seseorang menjadi LGBT terbukti keliru secara ilmiah.

Wtf? Kat FB tu macam-2 group menjijikkan wujud. Yang nak kongkek dengan janda, bini orang, budak-2. Yang itu korang tak terkejut pula? Kenapa tak hebohkan?
Warga Kabupaten Rembang dihebohkan dengan temuan sebuah grup Facebook komunitas laki-laki gay dengan anggota lebih dari 1.200 akun.
Berdasarkan informasi yang dihimpun, grup Facebook itu bernama "Info Laki Gay Sedan Rembang Lasem Pamotan Kragan Sarang DLL". Keberadaan grup tersebut pertama kali terungkap dari hasil patroli siber yang dilakukan sejumlah warga.
Dalam beranda grup tersebut, aktivitas obrolan tercatat sudah berlangsung sejak 2025 dan terpantau cukup aktif dalam beberapa bulan terakhir. Jumlah anggota grup tersebut tercatat mencapai 1.200 akun.
Salah satu dugaan yang berkembang adalah aktivitas di grup tersebut tidak hanya terbatas di dunia maya, tetapi juga terdapat indikasi pertemuan secara langsung antaranggota.
Merespons hal tersebut, Kasatreskrim Polres Rembang AKP Alva Zakiya Akbar membenarkan bahwa pihaknya telah memantau aktivitas digital tersebut. Langkah awal yang diambil adalah menelusuri identitas para anggota sekaligus admin grup.
