What a great day we had last Sunday at the @SouthEngShows South of England Show, offering game meat tasters to hundreds of people. Our thanks to South of England Hound Show for inviting us to join them and Grange Farm Shop for supplying enough game meat to deliver 650 tasters.

The Avian Influenza Prevention Zones (AIPZ) which were previously in place in England, Wales and Scotland, have been lifted. The news follows the revocation of the AIPZ in Northern Ireland on 15 May.

A big thank you to Rupert Brewer of Bisterne Estate for hosting us on a conservation walk last week. Over the past decade, the wet meadows have become increasingly recognised for their recovery of breeding waders such as lapwing and redshank.
