During #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek, Kate presented at @edgehill University. Highlighting the importance of this year's theme - communities! A key feature of the MODS intervention was to help older people engage with meaningful and valued activities and increase social connections
Liz & Kate attended #SAPCMH25 at @edgehill University. They thought the conference was great showcasing fantastic mental health research. An added bonus was the beautiful green space surrounding the campus which provided a welcomed wellbeing boost and a real sense of community!
