The *very reason* the Presidential Records Act was passed post-Nixon was to establish that presidential records belong to the government (the public) and not an ex-president.
Claiming the PRA says presidential records belong to an ex-president is a complete reversal of reality.

9/ The effect? News & info channels’ subscriber fees are normally small. MSNBC gets ~$0.33, CNN gets between $0.70-0.90 per month (and includes CNN and CNN Headline News). In contrast, Fox News charges near or over $2 a month. This is wildly out of step with industry averages.

Soros gave money to the Color of Change PAC which then spent money promoting Bragg’s candidacy, while not actually giving Bragg any money. So not only did Soros never give Bragg any money, neither did Color of Change. Calling Bragg a ‘Soros DA’ is an offensive & antisemitic lie.
