It should explain their attitude towards customers after trade reversals, and the way the company operates.

We handle things the same (or better) to P2P marketplaces - when a buyer reverses on a P2P marketplace they get banned and the seller usually isn't compensated with anything.
I think that the seller should have some responsibility for trying to dump overpriced items after an update. We work closely with our traders, and these reversals only happen after updates when for-profit traders try to take advantage of each other.

If Valve/CS2 devs release Heat Treated knives in the next knife terminal, they are purposefully trying to crash prices of items above $2000.
If this happens, you should assume they will also find a way to crash high tier collection skins like the Wild Lotus and Gungnir...
