The Brotherhood Crusade was founded in 1968 to provide necessary resources, program services and a voice of advocacy to traditionally underserved communities.
After Walter Bremond, Danny J. Bakewell, Sr. was the second CEO & President who served Brotherhood Crusade for 35 years. He transformed the organization from a vision into an iconic institution and remains active with the organization as Chairman of the Board!
