WRIGHTWOOD/DECEMBER STORMS INCIDENT
EVENING UPDATE (FINAL)
San Bernardino County Fire with
@LACOFD in Unified Command have officially closed the Wrightwood Storms incident after confirming there are no ongoing life safety threats and favorable weather is predicted for the future.
Fire crews worked throughout the day to assess impacted areas, confirm the safety of the residents, and provided help to transition from response to recovery.
Fire Station 14 in Wrightwood, is fully staffed and remains ready to respond to any call for service within the community.
We are still pleased to report that only one injury was reported during this event.
Residents are encouraged to remain prepared by signing up for the Telephone Emergency Notification System (TENS) and by visiting
prepare.sbcounty.gov for additional preparedness information and updates.
