HMC staff also shared the values of HMC with delegates. ➡️ Jaideep Barot @BGSHeadmaster our new HMC Chair, warmly welcomed delegates from around the globe and in his opening address he shared the power of innovation in education to make meaningful and impactful contributions both locally and globally highlighting the work of HMC and what an educational system that works for all sectors might look like, how partnership work is one of the most effective ways to leverage resource for the benefit of all children and the societies we are a part of and shared the importance of making sure that every pupil regardless of their background have the opportunity to see themselves be reflected in the leadership of the institutions that shape their futures. ➡️Shivvy Jervis @shivvyjervis futurist and innovation forecaster discussed the fascinating connection between human and synthetic intelligence and highlighted the use of AI in education, Shivvy reminded conference about real human neurology and the power of dopamine in the level of drive people, particularly pupils and the importance not to underestimate what the human brain is capable of and particularly the mind-boggling creativity of the minds of children. #HMCLeadingIndependentSchools
