To provide ratepayers with long-term certainty, the state needs to turn temporary progress into permanent policy by formally changing course on the policies-on-pause: the All-Electric Buildings Act, the Advanced Clean Car and Truck Rules, and Cap-and-Invest.

The Company announced that Donna L. DeCarolis, President of National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation, has indicated her intention to retire, effective July 1, 2025, after 40 years of service. Michael Colpoys will succeed DeCarolis as Utility President.
