We are saddened by the loss of former Cowboy Football Head Coach Bob Simmons. Bob Simmons led Oklahoma State Football from 1995-2000 and made history as the first Black head coach in program history. Eugenio Chacarra was criticized for leaving his U.S. Open final qualifier last month in Dallas before he had a chance to earn an alternate spot via a playoff. The reason was Chacarra wanted to get back to Europe in time to play the DP World Tour's Soudal Open in Belgium. He finished T-22 there, then T-12 the next week in Turkey. Today, he won the KLM Open to move to 6th in the Race to Dubai. I think the decision paid off...
