Outdoor fires place significant demands on fire services. Noting the dry conditions in recent days, we’re concerned about the potential for outdoor fires – exercise care with barbecues and any fires out of doors.
Burning vegetation on land at this time of year is prohibited.
Arising from current dry conditions associated with an Atlantic high pressure, we have issued an Orange Fire warning for all areas where hazardous fuels such as dead grasses and gorse exist ⚠️⚠️
