Last year we bought these scrawny heifers in frame 1. TLC brought us to this, frame 2, barely a year later…

look around SA today and ask yourself: What are politicians offering us in 2026? Not jobs. Not water. Not light. Not houses. And what are they shouting on those loudspeakers? β€œForeigners! Foreigners! Foreigners!” When municipality can’t collect rubbish for 6 months β†’ Shout β€œForeigner!” When Eskom switches off light β†’ Shout β€œForeigner!” When factory closes and 2000 SA youth lose jobs β†’ Shout β€œForeigner!” When R500 billion is stolen through tenders β†’ Shout β€œForeigner!” why? Because β€œforeigner” doesn’t vote. β€œForeigner” can’t fight back in parliament. β€œForeigner” is easy target. But, shouting β€œforeigner” never fixed a single pothole. Never hired one unemployed graduate. Never built one clinic. @Mzanziawake

🚨 Senegal captain Kalidou Koulibaly speaking facts: "Africans can’t have their people" at the World Cup because of US travel bans. Every other team gets their fans. But Global South teams like Senegal get blocked while the West lectures everyone about "inclusion" and "human rights". This is the same empire that bombs, exploits, and restricts β€” then cries when others resist. Football should unite people, not separate them with racist visa policies and double standards. Stand with Koulibaly. Stand with the fans. Stand with the Global South. No bows. Just raw truth. πŸ’ͺπŸΏπŸ‡ΈπŸ‡³

So far, he has: - Built a $693,000 hospital, - Built a $350,000 school, - Gives each family €70 monthly, - Provides 4G internet, - Gives laptops to students. The world needs more people like Sadio Mane!

3 vasectomies done so far today. None of them was mobilized, but rather walk ins. All of them financially stable with peaceful families. All of them doing it because they don’t want their wives to suffer with β€œside effects of contraceptives” All of them sure that they don’t want any more kids. Permanent methods of contraception are really becoming highly adopted and preferred by Ugandans. Having any questions? DM is open.

I think, as Zimbabweans, we need to have a serious conversation about responsible dog ownership. Too many people allow their dogs to roam freely in the streets, creating risks for pedestrians, children, cyclists, and other animals. Even in homes with secure walls and gates, some owners become complacent and allow their dogs to slip out unnoticed. Owning a dog comes with a responsibility not only to the animal but also to the wider community. A dog that is free to wander can cause accidents, spread disease, attack people or livestock, and create unnecessary fear among residents. Responsible ownership means ensuring dogs are properly secured, supervised, and prevented from roaming in public spaces.

I have finished watching the series. Guys... The woman you see in this picture came into Joyce and Jonasi's marriage as a side chick. The wife tried her best to fight and end the relationship between her husband and the side chick, but she failed. 😒 The side chick eventually fell pregnant with twins. The first wife eventually gave up and agreed that her husband should take a second wife in a polygamous marriage. She allowed him to marry the side chick because she wanted to satisfy her husband and save her marriage. πŸ₯Ί The second wife thought she was special until she married Jonasi. πŸ’” Things changed. The same pain she had caused the first wife eventually came back to her. Jonasi was a serious cheater and never stopped cheating. His behavior affected her so badly that she became sick. In the end, she ran away from the marriage, leaving her twins behind with the first wife. She fled the marriage because living with a man who constantly cheats is not a joke. The pain she once caused another woman eventually became the pain she had to experience herself. πŸ˜’πŸ’” #Thepolygamist #Netflix

What shocked me most wasn't that he admitted cheating, but that he never seemed to understand what his wife went through. A C-section is major surgery. Add sleepless nights, breastfeeding, hormonal changes, and the fear of another pregnancy, and it's easy to see why intimacy might not be her priority. Marriage isn't tested when everything is exciting. It's tested when one partner is at their weakest. If communication, counseling, and patience are abandoned in favor of cheating, the real issue goes far beyond sex.

This morning, around 8 am, I bought a pie for my 3-year-old child. When we opened it, we found mould in it, as shown in the picture below. We bought it from Bakers Inn, located at Total Garage, corner of Samora Machel Avenue and 5th Street, Harare CBD. Even the chips 🍟 we purchased were cold and had no taste. I suspect that we are being sold stale or old food.

MCAZ officers and CID detectives from Bindura conducted a joint proactive enforcement operation in Glendale, targeting unlicensed premises. Cleonik Pharmacy was visited and found operating without licenses. Upon inspection, officers discovered a large stockpile of expired and unregistered medicines being sold to unsuspecting members of the public, including injectable medicines such as insulin pens and ampoules stored at room temperature in total disregard of cold chain requirements, conditions that render such products not only ineffective but potentially life-threatening. The premises were filthy, disorganized, and wholly unfit for the handling of any pharmaceutical product. The responsible individuals were apprehended on the spot and have since been referred for prosecution. MCAZ wishes to remind the public that purchasing medicines from unlicensed premises is extremely dangerous, expired medicines can degrade into toxic substances, unregistered products may contain harmful adulterants or incorrect doses, and no recourse exists when things go wrong. The public is urged to buy medicines only from licensed pharmacies and registered health facilities, and to report any suspicious medicine sellers to MCAZ via email mcaz@mcaz.co.zw or to the @PoliceZimbabwe. This enforcement action is part of MCAZ's ongoing commitment to ridding Zimbabwe of illegal medicine trading and safeguarding the health of all citizens.
