Swing states by definition are expected to be close and are unable to count the votes to such a precision to call the election quickly. Half of California's votes will reveal a safer margin than half of Pennsylvania's Legislatures could fix this by counting mail in votes early

I'd say we all know someone annoyingly attention seeking like this IRL, but I think most of us figure out how to ditch them by 25
Sorry to have opted out of participating in libertarian discourse. I was very busy having a million better things to do (literally anything else). How's the discourse been in the meantime? Oh. Ooohhh...

Don't take this as me necessarily coming back, I just couldn't help but post this It's amazing that in a time while conservatives are literally trying to incite a pogrom that LPNH still decided they're going to try to one up that and invite @FBI to investigate them

(((They))) are trying to distract you with a sequence of seemingly unrelated events over time, sometimes one after another, sometimes on opposite sides of the world, sometimes overlapping in both time and space

You cannot argue with people not rooted in objective reality We literally followed the testing in real time. I was getting Instagram ads from Pfizer looking for phase III participants in September 2020. Y'all are batshit insane if you think they're untested

Since my old friend Mike Heise has decided to try and spin a narrative that I have set out to cause a split in the Mises Caucus, and am purposely working against the movement that I helped build I feel like we should clear the air here. Since its being told to EVERYONE, I feel like I must address this publicly so you can all see it instead of having yet another 150 phone calls about this crap. 1. I announced before he had a candidate to run. I reached out to him directly several times, trying to get him to work WITH me to try and save the movement that he was letting shrivel. He purposely went out and hand-picked Michael Rectenwald to run against me long afterward. Listen to Rectenwald speak. He will tell you directly that he was asked to run, and it was long after I announced. Here are sceeenshots of me, telling Heise we can work together to salvage this shit after I had already announced. You can clearly see that I was not trying to split anything. It's very clear. All the way back in August. This is a couple years after he had already tried with Angela to turn the movement against me because Angela decided she didn't want me to be her VC. Which brings me to point 2. 2. I was running for Chair before Angela was in 2020/2021. I literally dropped out and supported her. I certainly wasn't trying to split the movement then either. Was I? I told all my delegates to vote for her. Put my entire trust in the MC and her leadership even though I didn't think she would do very well. They still tried to drag my name through the mud for simply running for VC because I wasn't willing to watch them shove a prag down the throats of the very radical movement we built. Their vendetta didn't end after I won, and I was continually dragged through the mud to membership. That is the very biggest reason I resigned. I wasn't going to sit on a board with a chair that was actively trying to end my political capital for not capitulating to her VC candidate. We have since found out that she was working with prags on the last LNC to try and have myself and Caryn Ann Harlos removed and make it look like a brokered deal. Verified with proof. Now, let's hope that clears up the dumbass narrative that is being spun right now that I hate the MC or that I am actively trying to tank/split it. That's laughable. I'm trying like hell to save it, at my own cost, and sacrifice as opposed to just trying to collect a paycheck off it like others are. It means way more to me than that. I have repeatedly said that I'm still on the original mission that we set out on in 2017. My motives have not changed. I haven't lost sight. I've tried numerous times to handle this in private, but the only thing happening in private is the repeated trashing of my name to poison the well for clearly nefarious reasons. If you want the original mission untainted, message me so we can keep it rolling. If you have any other questions, please feel free to message me as well. This is the last time I will address this publicly. It's not a fight I wanted to have. I just wanted to run a solid campaign that helps Libertarians and keeps the MC movement motivated but can not have one more person coming to me telling me this narrative that is simply untrue. Cheers.

Dave claims we "can't know" everyone in the unvaccinated group was truly unvaccinated, but even if we roll with that, we *do* know that people in the vaccinated, unless you think those assignments are straight up lies. That group had lower hospitalization and death

If you think the data is straight up wrong, then okay, take the day-to-day anecdotes of doctors and nurses working in hospitals. All of them, not just your select favorites If you doubt that, then there's nothing I could show you to change your mind

I apologize for calling the Libertarian Party irrelevant. There was a trivia question tonight "Which third party received a whopping 1.29% in 2020?" You guys are up there with "Which anime is mentioned in the Barenaked Ladies's 'One Week'?"

Not going to lie, hard to keep any heart in this when they refuse to do anything remotely serious
We intend to file for Conservatorship Over Biden and McConnell. Here's why: Now, before you dismiss this as political theater, hear us out. The mental acuity and overall health of our nation's leaders are not matters to be taken lightly. When signs of cognitive decline become evident, it's not just a personal issue; it's a national security concern. We're all aware of the gaffes, the lapses in memory, the freezes, and the incoherent statements made by these two powerful men. These aren't mere quirks; they're red flags. The decisions made in the Oval Office and on the Senate floor have far-reaching implications, affecting both domestic policy and international relations. If the individuals making these decisions aren't at their cognitive best, the consequences could be dire. President Biden's frequent verbal missteps and moments of confusion aren't merely embarrassing; they're alarming. From forgetting names to stumbling over words to saying straight up gibberish or shaking hands with the air, the President's behavior raises legitimate questions about his mental fitness for the highest office in the land. This isn't about partisanship; it's about the well-being of our nation. Similarly, Mitch McConnell has exhibited behavior that should give us all pause. His public appearances have been marked by contradictory statements, a lack of focus, and he has literally froze during press conferences multiple times. As the Minority Leader of the Senate, McConnell wields significant influence. If he's not mentally up to the task, it's not just his problem—it's America's problem. Beyond the easily observable mental and physical instabilities of both men, the indefensible incurrence of $4.8 Trillion in debt, continued involvement in an unwinnable proxy war in Ukraine, questionable and potentially criminal business and political affiliations, and lack of awareness to the state of the United States domestically make these conservatorships a matter of utmost urgency. Why Conservatorship? Conservatorship is a legal mechanism designed to protect individuals who cannot take care of themselves. While it's an extreme measure, we believe the situation calls for it. The Libertarian Party is taking this step to send a clear message: the mental health of our leaders is a priority that should transcend political affiliations. This action is about more than just two individuals. It's a wake-up call for voters and politicians alike to prioritize mental fitness in our leaders. Cognitive ability should be a non-negotiable qualification for public office. We, the voters, have the ultimate power to hold our leaders accountable. It's our responsibility to ensure that those in office are mentally capable of the tasks they've been elected to perform. This conservatorship action is a step in that direction, but it's not the end. We must continue to scrutinize, question, and, when necessary, replace those who are not fit to lead. We are seeking legal representation in these matters in Washington DC so that we can move forward with the proceedings as quickly as possible. If you are a DC probate attorney and you are interested in assisting us with this action, please reach out. We also encourage other aggrieved parties to file for conservatorship of as many incompetent geriatric members of the federal government as possible We invite you to join us in this critical endeavor. The future of our nation depends on the mental fitness of those at its helm. Let's act before it's too late. Sincerely, The Libertarian National Committee
