Enhancing the biological remodelling of the acetabulum is one of the tools of dysplasia surgeons. Late dislocation 28month-Medial open reduction only. Age 12 Very active and asymptomatic discharged. No osteotomies required. Surgical dosage.
ALT 28 months late dislocation
ALT 1 year post mor, acetabular remodelling
ALT Age 7 - more significant remodelling
ALT Age 12. Do we need degas always for late dislocations

I have heard a lot of people saying we are all going to get Covid, and it's like the cold.However if large populations got the common cold suddenly it would cripple society (Covid). On top of that I get the "man cold" which is very different to how my wife reacts to the cold.

Test/trace/isolate systems now collapsing; winding back restrictions got us here. It was never a Vaccine only strategy that was going to work: Vaccines test/trace/isolate/distance/masks & ventilation. The burden of this many 'mild' infections will not be known for a long time.
