🧵Excellent OCT study on single-shot #PFA for CTI & mitral lines! Despite preemptive #nitroglycerine use, coronary spasm was pretty common!!!
🟩3-months post PFA: vascular wall thickness⬆️by 10% while lumen narrowed⬇️by 17%.
🟩Though NTG was successful in prevention acute vasospasm, coronary stenosis at 3-month with CTI PFA was substantial!
