JUST IN: This Is A Pretty Stunning Detail From The Kennedy Center Fight. Rep. Joyce Beatty says she was the only board member who tried to stop Trump's name from being placed on the Kennedy Center. According to Beatty, the proposal wasn't even on the agenda. She says she joined remotely, attempted to object, and was muted before she could make her case. Beatty challenged the move in court, arguing the Kennedy Center's governing law did not allow the institution to be renamed after Trump. This week, a federal judge agreed and ordered Trump's name removed. Tonight, workers are physically taking it down. That's the story. Not just that Trump's name is coming off the building. That the board member who says she was silenced ended up winning in court.

🚨MAJOR BREAKING: Construction workers are setting up right now scaffolding to REMOVE TRUMP'S NAME from the Kennedy Center. A federal judge rejected Trump’s last-minute attempt to stop the removal today. The deadline remains; Trump's name must come off tonight at midnight. Judge Christopher Cooper denied DOJ’s emergency request to keep Trump’s name on the facade pending an appeal filed by Trump’s handpicked Kennedy Center yesterday at the 11th hour. Trump may as well have called the rest of us peasants. According to him, it wasn’t workers who built America. If this we're Biden, the media would have a sleep counter down at bottom and every week they would tally up how long Biden was sleep and report it. Democrats would be hounded daily and be asked to answer it, there would be calls for the 25th amendment. None of that with trump tho

In all seriousness though, this will (or at least should) go down as one of the biggest media failures in modern history. The political media absolutely HOUNDED the previous president and made his age/health THE ONLY issue that mattered of his presidency. And then they helped elect a guy who was just a few years younger (aka still old as shit) with a litany of unexplained health issues, a brain that is visibly detoriating and who brags about taking his dementia test 3x a week. And then....they just haven't talked about it. At all. You can barely even get them to acknowledge it. They alleged a big coverup of Biden's health, but they are literally complicit in covering up the current president, Donald Trump's health...which we can all see, right in front of our very eyes. Just can't put into words how much of a disgrace the political media is...
