Splinterlands has been one of the OG Web3 games for over 8 years.
Never played it myself before the challenge with @RollingOTB , but i gotta say the game is highly addictive, fast peace and deserves all the huge community they already have
The game and Splinterlands eco-system is extremely complex and community driven, wich is awesome as games rarely do that
Huge respect to @RollingOTB for joining me. He's a great guy and incredibly passionate about Splinterlands.

Excellent analysis of the type of CEO @mccoy2016 is becoming for @splinterlands.
What gives me the most conviction isn't that every decision will be perfect — it's the willingness to innovate, take calculated risks, and keep pushing the game forward rather than standing still.
In fact, Dave's leadership is a big reason why I've invested so heavily into new cards over the past 2–3 months. I have a lot of confidence in the direction the game is heading. 🔥

MCCEO @mccoy2016 does not get nearly enough credit.
It’s not too often that a CEO comes straight out of the very community they are a part of.
In @splinterlands , Dave started as an original player and now leads the ship with a very unique style.
Bold, daring, and wise, Dave is not afraid to take unorthodox risks aggressively, but also careful enough to steward our capital vigorously.
Hes a unique mix of caution and courage that is the perfect combination for the unicorn that is Splinterlands.
He is also one of the best communicators ive ever met, ready to face down the torches and pitchforks with measured reassurance without false promises.
