At 39lbs down I've managed to run 10 minutes straight today (in addition to a 60 min/5km incline walk). My goal is to lose 100lbs and run 10k. I can't wait to look back on today and feel grateful that I persisted with this journey #FitnessJourney #weightlossjourney #weightloss
