@eFNShelp this is the error I get when trying to upload .jpg or .pdf documents. Also the site keeps timing out...

@eFNShelp the problem is not with your form validation javascript code... since it is checking for .jpg files and the error message being thrown isn't the same. Your problem must be server-side... Is the whole website broken? Do you need my help to fix it?

@eFNShelp my guess would be a mis-configuration of your webserver... should take an hour at most to find and fix and I understand it's been broken for months. I'd be happy to help out
