GLP-1 with A-LIST is the best way to do it responsibly. Malnourishment is not to be taken lightly. So are exercise and the right activity load, while keeping an eye on the rest of your routine.

38% of GLP-1 users malnourished. If you’re going to be on a GLP-1, do it right so you get the wins not the losses. Use whatever system you like; but I built @JOIN_A_LIST to make it easy. It tracks my macros and micros while I experiment with Tirzepatide.

Studies show that sauna correlates with a big decrease in mortality. We made the Sauna Protocol in @JOIN_A_LIST to make it easy to know how much water is lost and calories are burned. Sauna, Hydration, Exercise, Food. They’re all connected so you don’t need 10 different apps.

Pumped to share this with everyone. It changed me the same way.
For a long time I’ve wanted to track my micronutrient intake (magnesium, potassium, calcium, etc). @farbood’s new app made it happen finally. Discovered I’m malnourished. A few days in of conscious eating and I feel like a different human being. Sleeping better even.

Protocols.

The key is to stop having to negotiate with yourself daily.
Protocols are great but making some of them (that you deem best for you) into rituals is especially transformative, because it makes them non-negotiable. What are your daily rituals? What do you never fail to do?

The health indicator no one talks about = the strong desire to work and build things. Whether for the intrinsic love of the work, the rewards, or both. Yes we need sleep and (some need) recreation but drive is at least as important as any other metric.

I've been off caffeine entirely for 9 months. It's not my first long break, but if you haven't tried one recently I highly recommend it. Much better and more consistent energy regulation all day, and a natural interest to go to bed early and sleep better. A virtuous cycle.

At large companies, if you don't spend your massive OpEx or CapEx it means someone else didn't get the allocation they asked for, for nothing. You end up penalized with less than your ask the following year. So there's a race to waste/spend those budgets. Militaries are similar.

The spread of sleep quality scores between my Oura, Whoop, 8 Sleep, and Apple Watch is often 40 points on the same exact night. When is the last time you did a wearable detox to reconnect to how *you* actually feel?

To stay happy, you have to do things you enjoy doing regularly. If you neglect them for too long, you become unhappy and it takes a while to re-learn to enjoy those same exact things. It's like losing a close friend that you invested decades in.

PMF should have some minimum amount of time in the market with fit for anyone to take it seriously. Many of the "icons" lecturing you PMF have only seen rapid growth followed by rapid decline cycles. That's not PMF. Those are wasted opportunities.

Just like your dear primary care telling you to exercise more at your annuals, Function et al leave you with the "now what" problem (and a hole in the pocket). You go back home and repeat your old habits. Your ApoB will stay high. I am working to fix that. Get excited.
