One year ago, our first fully robotic liver transplant marked an important milestone.
Since then:
• 15 fully 🤖 LTs (12 LDLTs)
• 6 hybrid 🤖 LDLTs
• 44 🤖 donor hepatectomies
• 400 🤖 liver cases
From scattered robotic practice to a programmatic approach since 2022.
Now consistently performing fully robotic LDLT with simultaneous donor recipient teams.
A program built step by step, and a team that makes it work.
