An army general kidnapped. A general killed. Soldiers slaughtered. Babies abducted. Women kidnapped and subjected to horrific rape. A teacher beheaded. Yet the silence is deafening. What exactly qualifies as a national emergency in Nigeria if this does not? Rivers State perhaps?

Everyone thinks gray hair is the result of genetics and aging. It's not. It's your body breaking down its own tissues to survive stress. Here's the real culprit (and how to reverse it): ๐Ÿงต

Shame is an understatement
We have removed Kled from the Nigerian app store and IP banned the entire region. The first thing I would like to say is I have nothing against Nigeria. I have a ton of friends from this region and these were some of our earliest app adopters. Genuinely, thank you all for the support. Kled has been up and running and out of beta for 4 months now. We have paid out hundreds of thousands of people for their data, and our users have uploaded over 1 billion assets onto our platform. After several months of uploads we found that Nigeria had a โ‰ˆ95% fraud rate. Instead of real, usable data, users were uploading pictures of black screens, duplicate photos, internet generated images, AI generated images, etc. at an unimaginable scale. In comparison, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines have a less than 10% fraud rate across 10x the userbase size. Our fraud system is fast to catch these issues but the level of complexity of these schemes is getting out of hand. This weekend we were flooded with thousands of fake Japanese passports and identity cards with Nigerians photoshopped onto them in our KYC system. That was the final straw. As a startup we can't afford to eat the costs of that data overhead, so we temporarily removed the app from the region while we improved our fraud detection and banning system to quickly filter out bad actors when the time is right. On top of all of this, every time we make a post there is someone asking us to bring the region back within seconds. We hear you, but it's gotten out of hand. We've made this decision with great care. We love everyone who has genuinely supported Kled from Nigeria, and we hope to return when the time is right. -Kled Team

There's a physicist at Stanford named Safi Bahcall who modeled this exact principle and the math is wild. He calls it "phase transitions in human networks." When you're stationary, your probability of a lucky event is limited to your existing surface area: the people you already know, the places you already go, the ideas you've already been exposed to. Your opportunity window is fixed. When you move, your collision rate with new nodes in a network increases nonlinearly. Double your movement (new conversations, new cities, new projects) and your probability of a serendipitous encounter doesn't double. It roughly quadruples. Because each new node connects you to their entire network, not just to them. Richard Wiseman ran a 10-year study at the University of Hertfordshire tracking self-described "lucky" and "unlucky" people. The single biggest differentiator wasn't IQ, education, or family money. Lucky people scored significantly higher on one trait: openness to experience. They talked to strangers more, varied their routines more, and said yes to invitations at nearly twice the rate. The "unlucky" group followed the same routes, ate at the same restaurants, and talked to the same 5 people. Their networks were closed loops. No new inputs, no new collisions. Luck isn't random. Luck is surface area. And surface area is a function of movement. The lobster emoji is doing more work than most people realize. Lobsters grow by shedding their shell when it gets too tight. The growth requires a period of total vulnerability. No protection, no armor, soft body exposed to the ocean. That's the cost of movement nobody posts about. You have to be uncomfortable first. The new shell only hardens after you've already moved.

Because these people project what's happening in their lives to other people. " he's probably earning ยฃ3k and you ยฃ2500 and you want him to pay for rent while you pay for wifi yen yen ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ™„ye. If you wanna do 50/50 in your house ffsake do it but don't push it or assume it for someone else. That they're not doing 50/50 doesn't mean the man is struggling, and also doesn't mean the woman is wicked. Saying you got married so the financial burden can lessen(2 people income) is laughable and sounds more strategic and transactional than love to me. Once again- do what works for you and your home to stay afloat and happy.
Why does this 50:50 conversation only come out of the UK? What's going on in that place?

๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ฉ BREAKING: Slavery and torture are still active in Africa. But the world is focused on the Middle East. Sudan bleeds. Millions displaced. Families sold. Bodies broken. The cameras are in Gaza. The headlines are in Iran. The outrage is in Lebanon. Sudan? Silence. This is what we mean when we say Sudan needs our support. The RSF burns villages. UAE funds the terror. Foreign weapons flood in. The world scrolls past. Keep Sudan in your solidarity. Not instead of Palestine. Not instead of Iran. Alongside. Because all suffering matters. All lives are precious. All silence is a crime. Slavery in 2026. Torture in 2026. Genocide in 2026. And the world? Concerned about the Middle East. As if Africa doesn't exist. As if Black lives don't count. The post says it plainly. The images prove it. The silence confirms it. Keep Sudan in your solidarity. Keep Congo. Keep Cameroon. Keep all of Africa. The world must see. The world must act. The world must stop looking away.
