It’s been 1 yr since my last day at Cave Canem. In my time, we curated/hosted anti-racism wrkshps for lit non-profits, some of which sent support staff to rep (ie. staff of color), and a wrkshp for admins of color. I’m saying: invest in orgs that have been invested in the work.
