It’s been a long journey. If you’ve been following my page closely, you’ll notice I’ve been making a lot of posts around growth,how projects scale, how real Web3 growth actually works, not just hype. At some point, I won’t lie… I felt like giving up. Surviving this cohort felt like Squid Game fr 😂 Coupled with a lot of IRL stuff going on, it wasn’t easy. But I knew what I wanted. So I kept pushing. I kept showing up. It’s been a 6-week journey with @StarkRisee ;intense, demanding, but very impactful. And honestly, very healthy for how I now think about growth. From day one till now, I’ve been documenting my journey. If you check my highlights, you’ll see how my thinking evolved;from surface-level ideas to real strategy. Now we’re in the final week. And this week connected everything. Not in a “new topic” way, but in a this-is-how-it-all-fits-together way. We all think we know what a growth strategist is. We read about it. We hear the term. Some people even put “Growth Strategist” in their bio 😭😂 But this week made me realize something: It’s not just about what you know. It’s about how you think. How you break problems down. How you evaluate a project. How you plan growth instead of guessing it. This final phase taught me two core things. First: how to run a proper growth audit. Not vibes. Not assumptions. But actually breaking a project down ;branding, tokenomics, community, visibility, collaborations and asking: Is this project ready to grow… or will growth expose its weaknesses? Second: how to build a complete growth plan. A real one. With phases. With priorities. With clear goals for awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention. Not “post more” energy. But structured direction a project can actually follow. And the biggest lesson for me? Growth isn’t about what you read. Or what you memorize. Or how many threads you’ve seen. It’s about how well you can connect the dots and turn ideas into systems. This journey didn’t just teach me growth. It changed how I think. And that, to me, is the real win. WAGMI 🤎

I rarely see people saying: “This project is growing really fast.” Most times… people are asking: “Why is this project losing momentum?” “Why are people no longer paying attention to it?” 👀 So is growth really that hard? No. Growth is not hard. The problem is that most projects try to grow without structure. No clarity. No positioning. No real system behind the growth. They’re only focused on fast attention. So they rely heavily on: • giveaways • contests • campaigns • incentives And yes… that can bring quick growth. But the problem starts when all those things stop. The momentum slowly dies. The engagement drops. The community becomes quiet. People move on to the next hype. Because the growth was built mostly on incentives… not real connection. That’s why many projects fade out. The projects that actually stand out are usually the ones building with structure. Not just chasing hype every week. They build with: • purpose • clarity • positioning • long-term vision Once people clearly understand: what you’re building, why you’re building it, and where it’s going… they naturally want to be part of it. That’s when growth starts becoming easier 📌 Because now you’re not forcing attention anymore. You’re building belief. I rarely see people talking deeply about growth or educational content on the TL these days. Or maybe it’s just my TL 👀 Mostly cruise posts, random vibes, and project shills. And honestly… looking at the current state of web3, that should be normal. Things are slower now. Jobs are not flying around like before. Money isn’t moving easily. People are not as active as they used to be. So a lot of people just started vibing… chilling… doing random stuff to pass time. But one thing I noticed is this: The people that are really serious about building are still building. Still learning. Still posting valuable content. Still improving quietly. I even quoted some recently. Because growth has stages. Nothing moves up forever. There’s always a period where things slow down. A period where growth feels difficult. A period where things don’t move the way they used to. Just like business. A business can perform well for years… then suddenly: • sales slow down • things stop moving • pressure starts building That’s usually the stage where some people quit. While others stay calm and work their way back up. That’s what I think is happening in web3 right now. A lot of people feel lost because things are not as easy as before. But while many are distracted… some people are quietly building systems, learning new things, and preparing for when things pick up again. And when the market finally gets active again… that’s when many people will realize how far behind they’ve become. While others were building day and night 👀 Still building. Still learning 📌
