There is actually a startling amount of wisdom in this.
The truth, though and of course, is not that God needs to do anything different. The truth is that people need to hear, believe, and obey Him.
We're born with basically nothing but sin and folly. They are our original equipment as children of Adam (Proverbs 22:15; Romans 5:12). So God gives us parents, and commands us to honor them — which includes, but means more than, obeying them (Exodus 20:12; Ephesians 6:1-3; Colossians 3:20).
Also in church, it IS NOT God's intent that there be "young people" churches and "old people" churches. It is God's intent that churches have young AND old people, and that they serve and grow in harmony (Titus 2:1-8).
Young people should bring zeal for the Lord, energy, drive, and aspiration—and they should seek, welcome, and be tempered by the experience and wisdom of their elders.
Older saints should value and cherish the energy of the young, NEVER seek to dampen it, ALWAYS seek to encourage, mature, and steadily direct it.
This is God's way and wisdom.
