The #BCOnexus docker image is now available from hub.docker.com/r/bcodocker/b…, which presents a graphical user interface for the import, parsing, and export of #BioComputeObjects from @dnanexus. Submission to the #BioCompute #API (biocomputeobject.org/api/doc…) is also supported.#workflows
