The goal is simple: Bring more BTC to Solana. With BitcoinKit, any protocol can plug in a widget, modal or full on integration, so users can deposit native BTC directly into the protocol, without leaving the website. The user no longer has to go swap somewhere else first and then come back to your protocol to use this BTC. Think of it like a one stop shop for Bitcoin DeFi on your website or dApp.

Fixed supply > printing the supply Bitcoin > Dollars Next step after is being able to utilize Solana's DeFi infrastructure to actually EARN on your Bitcoin.

Trust and ease of use are what's most important to your users. Trust without coordination is an opportunity lost. BitcoinKit solves this. Why send your users elsewhere just to swap into a form of Bitcoin and then come back to your app to put it to use?

We prefer to treat Bitcoin like working capital. Why let it sit idle when you don't have to? This is structured finance built to give you the ability to trade it, lend it, borrow.... JUST EARN.

Hold or Deploy BTC Your choice, I know I'd rather be able to deploy and put it to use. And I'd rather do that on Solana myself 🀝

Bitcoin itself is inherently limited and unsuitable for DeFi. However Bitcoin on Solana through a permissionless, non-custodial architecture, enables BTC to move on-chain without centralized custodians, wrapped assets, or traditional bridge risks. Its time to unlock Bitcoin as the most powerful programmable asset.

Its 2026, your users can earn Bitcoin yield in your app.... BUT what if they never had to leave your app to acquire that Bitcoin first πŸ‘€πŸ‘€

Most people think of DeFi has just earning some yield. It's more then that though. This is the beginning of financial activity on-chain. Borrow...Lend...Earn all in a variety ways and I'm sure teams are going to continue to think of new creative ways to bring this to users as we continue to evolve. As for Bitcoin on Solana? It's the same Bitcoin as before but now with many more use cases.

Fact: Large amounts of institutional BTC exist Also Fact: Most of it remains idle because institutions just simply were looking at it as a store of value in which they can earn from over time. However; as with anything, over time we start to go further down the risk curve and markets mature. With this market maturity and demand for Bitcoin what comes next? Yield And with that, Bitcoin on Solana.🀝

Things evolve in time. There just wont be any need to take 5 diff steps to create actionable use in DeFi anymore. You can now swap into BTC in Solana right in your wallet. You don't need to leave your favorite DeFi app to go swap into BTC on SOL, why ask users to create multiple steps like that. Keeping your customers on your site/app is the first step to keeping your customers using it.

"In 2025 Solana recorded nearly $1.6T in trading volume, surpassing all L1s, L2s, and major centralized exchanges, except Binance." Next up....users will be earning on their Bitcoin on Solana at a record pace as well.

The future won't be about "maximalist" of a certain chain because users won't know or care what chain they are using. It just happens to be that Solana is where things are being built for the new user. Bitcoin on Solana will be the same. Simply put, users will just want to "Earn".

Users > Buyers That is the future of the space. No longer will everything be centered around the swinging door of selling your products with a token gated entry. This will be about getting users to use your app/product and not really care or worry about the technicals behind it or some token. Bitcoin on Solana is a great example, they don't need to know how it works....they just want to know they can make their Bitcoin productive and have the ability to use DeFi protocols easily.
