in 2015, if you bought $52k of #Bitcoin you would have the equivalent of $2.5m today and you wouldn't be worried about this problem.

The R1m offshore allowance today only buys $52 000. In 2015 when it was 1st introduced it could buy you $84 000. I see this as a form of foreign exchange controls...subtle, but effective. Making us all poorer.

"Most ppl's wallet" will likely be some bitcoin based ecash tokens
8 billion ppl, and growing. transacting everyday, with the lowest friction money known to man, hundreds of personal transactions a day, trillions of b2b micro transactions, billions of market trades, trillions of zaps...
Think longer term. A Sat will be worth much more than you think.

But, if you are marginally technical, you can assemble and use one of these, and get all of the security improvements that come with it.
This is why its one of our favorite #Bitcoin signing devices.
Its also a lot cheaper than the alternatives.

It's not going to be everyone's preferred solution, and that's okay. 🙂
