The last few days have no doubt been very stressful for some people and our thoughts go out to everyone effected by this horrible FTX situation.
Our roadmap still includes making BlockDX _the_ most secure and resilient platform to trade digital assets.

100% yes it has/will happen and 100% yes, we will be forced to comply. If you're worried about it, don't keep your funds with any centralized/regulated custodian. We cannot protect you. Get your coins/cash out and only trade p2p.
BlockDX.net - Block DX is the most secure and decentralised #DEX, enabling KYC-free and borderless trading, directly from your own wallets, via atomic swaps. All powered and secured by our #XBridge protocol.

... where takers compete to match a maker's order, and the maker decides which taker gets it. @BlockDXExchange implements this.
This way, the incentives align well, and you don't have the difficult/slow/expensive problem of constructing a distributed canonical ordering system.
Moreover, you gain significant performance with a "makers match" pattern because take requests don't need to be transactions! They are p2p messages. Much more elegant.
From there, settlement is on-chain and commits maker to taker, so no frontrunning is possible. πͺ
