Sorsby rightfully ending his own CFB eligibility by going to Supplemental Draft doesn't excuse the actions that TTU & their overlord took to try to get him on the field this year. Still despicable on their part.

Boise St is too good and consistent I think. Memphis works better, has the resources but hasn't fully figured out how to use them (Fed Ex NIL) at times, can upset teams, but also has duds in league play.

I maintain that US Soccer is the Boise State of global soccer. A big dog in its conference that will sometimes pull off a major upset but cannot be expected to win major titles when competing against the bigger conferences (Europe and South America).

If you have an illness as an employee, you don’t get to break the rules because of it. An alcoholic can’t come to work drunk without getting fired.”

This is fucked. You can say the NCAA has BS rules, but ruling someone ineligible bc they bet on OWN Teams games is 100% a fair rule. Sets a horrific precedent. Embarrassing for all involved

Small sample plus a hand picked start date can sell you anything. Game 1 overs 8-1-1 since 2017... The same Game 1 overs are 10-9-1 since 2007. Always ask why someone chose the year they chose. This is a great example of endpoint shopping.

Love this question... I think 8-4 is almost the floor most years if you lose all of the games where you face a true peer, and 1 upset. So if you gave me a random FBS Coach for this year I would say 9-3 is most likely record with a vast most of the data points being exactly 9 or 10.
How many games would a random coach in the FBS Jason Candle, Chip Kelly win at Ohio State every year? They're never not going to rank less than top 7 in recruiting, SOS mid 50s, NIL budget top 10. How much difference does Ryan Day make in your opinion?
