Sinjar Academy recently lent a collection of children's books to Rojna Private Kindergarten, supporting reading and learning for its 115 students. We encourage other schools in Sinjar to make use of the library's resources. Many thanks to @Book_Aid for making this possible.

School for Life, with support from @Book_Aid, donated 1,415 books to seven schools in Nanumba North, improving libraries and literacy. Beneficiaries pledged proper use of the materials. The initiative seeks to promote reading culture and lifelong learning.

“A classic New York landmark that houses all the great love stories…” - Carrie Bradshaw   📚 The New York Public Library houses more than 50 million items, including nearly 15 million books, serving as a major centre for scholarship, learning and public access to knowledge.   Joined by guests from across the literary world, The Queen explored the library and spoke of the fundamental importance of reading at all ages.   Her Majesty also had the opportunity to spend time with representatives of domestic violence charities, who make use of the library.
