At the beginning of my business, I just charged each client a little more than the one before. 🤷‍♀️ I still pretty much do this method and am even better equipped because I'm better at judging the amount of effort reuqired for the job.

A lot of firms would benefit if they tested their pricing. Raise prices until demand slows down and then dial it back. My 1040 minimum has gone from $400 - $1,500 because the level of demand is still there.

I know that @JStaatsCPA did some teaching for his community abt GROUP MEMBERSHIPS for a monthly fee inside accounting firms. I am trying to find others who are doing this, and look what someone wrote! I'd call this in the ball park! Who else is doing One-To-Many in your firm???

In addition to the library that members have access to, it would be easy to add a monthly or quarterly webinar or Q&A. Make members feel like they are getting value. Record and add it to the library.
