And Mixtape is an experience built entirely around how magical it truly is. the result of that is one of the most joyful Video Games i’ve ever played. One of those stories i never wanted to end. It’s vibe, it’s hook and it’s characters are addictive. It’s a simple narrative executed to perfection. The gameplay is secondary, it doesn’t ask much of the player and after playing so many games as of late that are very demanding, this was the breath of fresh air that i needed. And for some reason there’s an enormous controversy around people who don’t understand that. Nonetheless even with it’s simply gameplay every single sequence had me entertained, doing stuff i’ve never gotten to do in a Game, big or small, and that was memorable for me. The soundtrack speaks for itself. It’s beautiful, it’s unique and i’ve gotten like 15 new Songs for my playlist which is the best feeling. I knew this was a game for me on the day it was revealed and it’s a damn good feeling to say it met those expectations and even exceeded them. By the end of 2026 this is going to be a clear GOTY contender and i can say that with absolute certainty. Play. This. Game.

i just completed my first playthrough of Life is Strange: Reunion (no spoilers) cried my eyes out, i’m feeling emotions i can’t even place, all positive, all powerful, max and chloe are forever, and i am so fucking happy i played this game. i loved it. i hella fucking loved it.

back in my day, when we wanted a game to look photorealistic, we’d install reshade, 8k texture mods and WE DONT EVEN PLAY THE GAME. we just fucking modded it to 1 FPS until it crashes all the while pushing our pc capabilities to the fucking limit
