What an incredible opportunity we had as teachers to compete in a dragon boat race at our own school. We are blessed to have a mini lake aka Duck Lake passing through the school.

Reach, Throw, Don’t Go!
Students practiced three different throws and reaches in order to save a swimmer! We used kick boards, life rings, and noodles. @aussieswimcoach
Ss participated in this action packed relay. Bus stop, where each round the bus driver picks up a new passenger until all are picked up! This works great for a Field Day game! @WAB_LIVE
Hockey Mayhem! A fast paced invasion game. Ss have to guard their pin, while trying to attack everyone else’s pin by hitting a whiffle ball with their hockey stick. If pin gets knocked they pass it to Ss waiting outside the playing area. #hockey#pe@PhysedGames@WAB_LIVE
MC unit. Each class, different parts are added to the gym wall to learn and apply in a fun way. Ss put all these elements together to create either a solo or group routine. Looking for muscle tension, extension, and flow. @nikkilinsdell@WAB_LIVE@phys_educator#wablearning
Teaching the Cartwheel. Broke it down into stages. 1. Handstand on bench or floor. 2. Around the world 3. Place markers down 4. Use looped video for instant feedback on their cartwheels! @WAB_LIVE@nikkilinsdell@PEnathan@phys_educator
Cone Mixer! Works on good sportsmanship, cardio, and fun warm-up game! Ss do RPS, fist pump and say Good Game. Winner stays with hand raised and loser runs a lap around boundary to find a new person with hand raised. Thanks @phys_educator for this great game! @WAB_LIVE
Playing a bunch of Chinese games as we lead into the Chinese New Year. I am trying one called Push the Iron Ring and the ss loved one called Eagles Catching Chicks! Great cardio warm-up games! @PENathan@thepespecialist@WannaTeachPE@insta360
