Why should a person, be able to stop the release of a report. Release the report, then sue them if you're defamed. More like you, Labor and Teflon Dan Andrews are knee deep in corrupt goings on.

Union chief Peter Marshall has been unmasked by Victoria’s highest court as the mystery party taking legal action to block the release of a major anti-corruption report by IBAC.
Chief Justice Richard Niall, in dismissing the appeal, said; “It is the decision of this court no error has been found. Indeed, her honours decision was correct.”
The Australian can also reveal that the identity of the second mystery party attempting to sto the release of a report into IBAC’s Operation Richmond is the union Mr Marshall runs, the United Firefights Union.
