These catches are so tough you have to pick up the ball and all the obstacles around. I really rely on the communication of my teammates! Its been almost a year since I got to be on the dirt with these girls and boy did I miss it!! I cannot put in to words how excited I am for this summer!!! I have work to do and continue to work back. This was our fist weekend back together. I was 3 for 9 at the plate. On defense I played SS making 3 double plays (2 in the last game vs BHM Thunderbolts 18U Premier). I also saw some time at 2B, 1st, and Left field (yes you read that right). Our girls got things off to a great start this weekend against some great competition (we are 1st year 16’s). We had a 6 game scrimmage and finished the weekend going 3-2-1 with our final win (2-1) coming against BHM Thunderbolts 18U Premier. Big Summer Ahead!
