HIPEC puede mejorar la PFS en casos avanzados con NACT, pero no en recurrencias.
Es clave una vigilancia estrecha de la toxicidad renal y hematológica.
Se recomienda el uso de tiosulfato sódico.

En casos recurrentes, HIPEC no mostró mejora significativa en PFS.
Además, se asoció a mayor riesgo de insuficiencia renal aguda (10,6 %) y trombocitopenia leve.
Sin diferencias en infecciones, sepsis o complicaciones gastrointestinales.
