You weren’t alone! It’s been quite a journey, including conversations with telecom companies in several countries that often took down our site in the early 2020s.

We just launched Sites into Codex! Software creation was always about more than writing code. Sites in Codex fundamentally gives the power of end-to-end software creation to every user, no matter their technical fluency. These Sites are fully deployed to a URL, private to workspaces, come with authentication, can have static files, and can store dynamic data in databases. It is in preview for business and enterprise teams and will be rolling out to all workspaces over the next day. Give it a try by typing @ Sites into Codex and ask it to build anything! This project took a massive amount of effort across hundreds of people at OpenAI - proud that we were able to get this out and excited to see what you all build with it!

Just bought our .com for $25k from a public NYSE-listed company, cold-calling its CEO. > realize the domain name belonged to a public company (shit). > cold-call all board members then CEO > follow-up everyday

I have bought (6) domains so far, all in .COM. CodeLeaders TrademarkLabs VCPlanet CentralLeads RoomPros CompareContracts For $99 you are not going to get amazing domains, but you can still find decent combos. I think in total around (135) domains have sold.
Interesting idea. All domains are $99. Seller keeps $90. I bought a couple domains. There have already been 50 sales in a short period of time, so there is some proof of concept. 25 free listings. It's worth checking out. NotRenewing.com

I found a domain I really liked, but of course, it was already registered. There was a form to submit your details if you were interested in buying it, so I gave it a try. Then the reply came back with the price: USD 49 million. At that point, it felt less like buying a domain and more like asking for the keys to a private island.

Have we achieved peak AI hype when a two-word, 19-letter, 7-syllable .com domain name sells for six figures with no negotiation whatsoever? Thank you to @GoDaddy's @Afternic team for building a brand and platform that end users trust enough to spend that much on AgenticIntelligence.com without blinking. Or, maybe it was an Agentic AI agent that cannot blink at all? 🤷‍♂️ #domainnames #agenticai #agenticintelligence #agentic #ai #afternic

Green[.]com domain name changed hands for $7.5 million freespeech.com/2026/05/09/gr… First reported by George Kirikos @GeorgeKirikos on May 9, 2026 on my FreeSpeech[.]com blog. If you see it elsewhere, it's probably a parasitic copycat blogger looking for attention.

eBay still owns the domain name half.com. I think they should publish their response to @gamestop’s half cash / half stock offer using that domain. Just sayin…

The epitome of the event industry is the celebration of the $400,000 salary for an event lead at Anthropic. Someone who is in charge of the most important brand channel for an AI company In SFO Starting at 320K 200K less than what Anthropic pays its engineers. Promoted by tech bros who have nothing to do with events and plan cocktail parties, and looking to score for the algo. Celebrated as an achievement and validation of the industry's existence. It's not. It's confirmation that events are still nice to have. The job should pay $500,000 and above
