🚀 New Study Alert: Advancing Colorectal ESD Techniques Our latest research compares two important approaches for colorectal ESD — the Traction Method (TM) and the Pocket Creation Method (PCM) 👉🏼 Over 660 patients 👉🏼 Average lesion diameter 50 mm 👉🏼 TM vs PCM: -TM achieved a 4-fold ⬆️ en bloc resection rate -R0 resection significantly ⬆️ with TM -⬇️ dissection times with TM (50.6 vs 72.0 min) 👉🏼Safety: Similar but more muscle injury with PCM. 🛑 Prior EMR and lesion location are critical factors in ESD outcomes 📊 🪡 Individualized treatment strategy is 🔑!!

Building upon the existing MGH Advanced Fellowship in Functional and Gastrointestinal Motility Disorders, we seek board eligible/board certified gastroenterologists for this career opportunity.
