Out of the 45 acres, you take out 18 acres for parking and other amenities. How much is left?
45-18 = 27 acres. Which is the actual buildup area.

The original built up area was expanded in phases. The initial built-up area costed just 216 crore rupees.
But the Government expanded this complex to facilitate government needs that lead to 20 lakh sq feet of built up area which in total costed 750 crores.

Ask cbn how much square feet build up area for temporary buildings and comment it.. It giving complete buildup area for all buidngs, that's 6 lakh feet, so cost 12500 for squre feet in 2015.. Just go and search and comment. I don't know, how to explain this dumb people.

That is the actual built up area.
All the numbers you are bringing up below is only for Secretariat building which is just one quarter of the complex.
Google clearly says in your screenshot that 6 lakh sq feet is only for Secretariat building and not all the buildings.

1 Acre = 43560 square feet.
Total built up area = 43560 * 27 * 2 floors = 24 lakh sq feet (approx)

Screenshots you put are only for Secretariat and doesn't include other structures.
Accounting for a part of the complex and conveniently ignoring the other parts in this complex

Consider 27 acres as built-up area. That equates to 23 lakh sq feet for a G 1 construction across 6 buildings. Which is 4 times bigger than Telangana secretariat.
This means this building complex is 4 times cheaper than Telangana secretariat you useless fool.

ఇతగాడు చెప్పిన లెక్కప్రకారం TN లో 10 లక్షల చదరపు అడుగులకు 800 కోట్లు అయితే ఆంధ్రాలో 60 లక్షల చదరపు అడుగులకు 4800 కోట్లు అవ్వాలి. కానీ ఆంధ్రాలో 4600 కోట్లకు పూర్తి చేస్తున్నారు.
