The Greensboro Swarm’s all-time leading scorer Jaylen Sims has signed with Ratiopharm Ulm in the German league and Eurocup.
He’s played for the Swarm since 2022, a well earned opportunity 👏
Mike Brown: “Chris Jent, my associate head coach, I’m surprised he hasn’t gotten an interview. He’s our offensive coordinator. He’s been around for a long time. Somebody needs to give him an interview because he’ll help your team win at the highest level.”
Chris Jent just completed the first treble in NBA history:
Summer League championship
NBA Cup championship
NBA championship
Congrats to the Knicks - a worthy champion.
If Charlotte were to target one of the point guards in the draft via trade up, I think Kingston Flemmings would be the target.
Could play alongside Ball/White, super high character, advanced analytics are strong, gets paint touches, defensive potential.
99% of draft analysts: “Always take the best player available. Never draft for need.”
Also 95% of mock drafts: “This team needs a wing, so they’re taking a wing.”
NEWS: Luigi Suigo has withdrawn from the NBA Draft and committed to Villanova, Sigma Sports and Excel Sports tell DraftExpress.
The 7'4, 289-pound 19-year-old will be a physical outlier in the Big East who can pass, space the floor, protect the rim, and finish effectively.
Sounds like Myles Turner for #18 and expiring salary would be enough to get it done.
12 months ago after the finals it would be an interesting deal, but Turner’s play has been declining rapidly the last two seasons. Too short term in my opinion.
If Milwaukee does move forward with trading Giannis to Miami, the Bucks will assuredly receive the Heat’s No. 13 pick along with other draft capital.
League sources say Milwaukee is also calling rival teams in search of a third top-20 pick, and potentially another pick in the top-10 ahead of the Bucks’ current 10th selection.
Hannes Steinbach
Switches onto Keaton Wagler, contains drive and blocks shot in iso, beats Wagler and Ivisic to opposing rim for tip out rebound.
Maybe the most underrated athlete in the class.
Seen some chatter from Hornets fans interested in acquiring Kel’el Ware for the Heat in a Miami-Giannis trade.
I would be very surprised, doesn’t tick the Hornets DNA boxes
If he goes undrafted, Mark Mitchell is my top priority two-way target for the Hornets. The feel, athleticism, defensive versatility, and physical tools are worth betting on at that stage of the talent cycle.
#Hornets had Christian Anderson (Texas Tech), Anthony Dell'orso (Arizona), Mark Mitchell (Missouri) and Latrell Wrightsell Jr. (Alabama) in for a pre-draft workout yesterday, per league sources.
Anderson is a projected Top-20 pick and may be in play for the Hornets since they have two first-rounders.
Mitchell is a former McDonald's All-American who began his career at Duke.
Wrightsell is considered one of the best shooters in this draft class and had solid games against top-flight talent in matchups with Arizona, St. John's, Tennessee and Texas Tech.
