🚢Claims about Hormuz reopening are exactly why we built this: If ships start moving through the Strait with AIS transponders on, you’ll see it in the index — updated every 30 minutes alongside Suez, Bab al-Mandeb and Panama.
🚢A two-week US-Iran ceasefire is now contingent on Iran reopening the Strait of Hormuz. The test of whether the deal is real isn't in the headlines — it's in vessel transits. @TheTerminal's WSL SHIPPING<GO> data shows traffic collapsed from ~100/day to ~4/day after February 28. That's a 96% drop in six weeks. A genuine reopening should show up here relatively soon — assuming vessels keep their AIS transponders on, which many have been running dark through the crisis. We'll be tracking it live, with 30-minute updates.

The only thing better than our seats at UFC 250 on the South Lawn of the White House is the deep sense of satisfaction I get from all the right people getting pissed off at this tremendous celebration of our nation.

There is something poetic about giving the UFC complete access to the White House grounds to host a for-profit sporting event, to benefit from paid sponsorship and advertising opportunities, for the American people to celebrate the nation's birthday, funded with their tax dollars, only to charge them $8.99 to watch it, exclusively on Larry Ellison's Paramount

A Globe and Mail opinion piece arguing readers should learn to "properly hate" billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk has triggered a wave of backlash from prominent Canadian business leaders, entrepreneurs and commentators, with critics accusing the newspaper of promoting envy and hypocrisy. junonews.com/p/canadas-billi…

Excuse me?? This is emblematic of the philosophy of ‘Laurentian capitalism’. Create wealth on their terms or risk being ostracized by the government-funded media and Ottawa officialdom. We should be so lucky as to have dynamic and innovative enterprises in our flailing economy.

In the middle of active war with the US & Israel, CBC gets rare permission to report from inside Iran — with government minders, approved translators, and visas limited to Tehran only Senior correspondent Margaret Evans describes the overland journey, state handlers, and a city of 10 million where soaring inflation and war uncertainty are hard to spot amid the middle class Nothing unusual about that, right? Just like in May 2025 when she was in Tehran advocating for Canada to normalize relations with the regime (below) Question: Why would CBC embed with the world’s top state sponsor of terror (Hezbollah, Hamas, Houthis) and give airtime to regime-friendly access journalism? @brodiefenlon

CBC has a Margaret Evans problem Today she's in Israel complaining about the democratically elected government "And there are domestic issues with a very hard right government here, the most hard right government in Israel's history." Iran funds Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis and insurrection worldwide, but CBC pays a reporter to propagandize for normalizing relations But just over three weeks ago, she was in Iran calling for a renewed relationship with the terRorist supporting regime Evans is the poster child for CBC bad judgment 1/5

Paypal is unconventional? Western Union is unconventional since...1871? Maybe revise this one.
Unconventional payment methods like PayPal, Western Union, or cryptocurrency may be a sign of a foreign intelligence agency’s recruitment efforts. Stay vigilant and report suspicious activities. #SafeguardCanada Read the alert: ow.ly/wj4W50Z7Ete
