We have reason to believe Max Engling campaign treasurer/chairman @AndrewIrelandIN (State Rep.), U.S. Senator @Jim_Banks staffers, and affiliates of pouring money into bets to artificially boost Engling’s odds and pressure GOP convention delegates against incumbent Diego Morales.
Market integrity matters.
The commission will investigate if they are committing insider trading. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty.

1) Cignetti has been at IU for TWO seasons. The 4 star QB he recruited before he even coached a game for IU is a RS SO this year and coming off a season ending injury
2) Both of #IUFB's transfer QBs experienced noticeable development in their one year in the program
IU hasn’t shown they can develop a QB. Just good in the portal. As a high schooler in this scenario, I’m going to think that even if I stick it out for 2 years, they’ll just keep bringing in 4th and 5th year guys. OSU will at least develop me and worse case, a Kienholz situation
