Do IBD patients with BMI>30 kg/m² require higher subcutaneous IFX doses?
- post-hoc REMSWITCH analysis suggests not
- patients were already in clinical remission
- no patient BMI>30 kg/m² developed anti-IFX antibodies
- not just a biosimilar but "bio-better"?

Encouraging results in post-hoc analysis of Upa in CD perianal fistulas.
Yet bewildering how 20yrs later, IFX ACCENT2 trial is still the only pharmaceutical RCT in perianal dis!!. In essence this makes all other biologics/SM we give to these pts to be somewhat off-label...

Clever ACCEPT2 study. 1850pts survey by @BuissonPr @MatFume. Shows pts preference for oral Tx is not automatic but depends on interval of SC injections. So, e8W (but not e2W) is preferred even over once daily oral pill by experienced pts. @IBDJournals
