At Cognizant, non-Indian employees were 8.4x more likely to be fired. A jury ran the numbers. The verdict is brutal: Over 2,300 workers. Cognizant held the MOST H-1B visas of any employer in America for years. The playbook: Bench the American. No work. Then swap in a visa worker from India. And in Dec 2025? A federal judge ruled the same practices illegally hit US workers. Jury found it. Judge backed it.

Murderous migrants beheading innocent people in their home town is what’s making people angry, not “social media”!

Personal story of H1B/Offshoring Fraud: As a hiring manager, my Indian supervisors/HR department literally just hand me a pile of resumes full of Indian names, and I am told I cannot use ANY other sources than their approved list of candidates. The fact that you CANNOT easily identify which company I worked for tells you everything you need to know about happening to the American workforce.

The fact is that our H1-B visa is being abused, it was meant to plug critical and needed skill gaps, but now it’s a system to lay off American workers for cheap slave labor. It works because companies have a worker who doesn’t have any rights. Act up they get deported.

"What I later found out was that there is significant overseas pressure from the indian government for these big indian names in Silicon Valley to push business away from America and into india." This is true. India's own KNIT Framework published by India's Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs, explicitly encourages members of the Indian diaspora to use their expertise, business relationships, investment capital, and leadership positions to advance India's economic development through knowledge transfer, sourcing, investment, and technology transfer. As the United States negotiates trade and economic partnerships, Americans should understand that India has spent decades building a network of Indian-origin executives, investors, and decision-makers throughout American companies and institutions who are encouraged to help advance India's economic interests. America has no comparable network embedded throughout India advocating for American jobs, American investment, and American workers. I encourage every American to read this document from India's Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs. mea.gov.in/images/pdf/Weavin…

Do you know that President John F. Kennedy wrote his thesis titled "Why England Slept" (Harvard University, 1940), analysing British policy towards Hitler and the dangers it posed for Poland? "I want you to remember that I value Poland because Poles love freedom and are ready to fight for it. I know that a great injustice was done to Poland, but I am sure that the time will come when you will be free again," - said John F. Kennedy. JFK was born on 29 May 1917.

I miss real intentional walks. The crowd booing, the .01% chance something weird would happen, the batter giving off “Yeah, I knew you didn’t want any this” vibes. If you want to walk a guy you should at least have to look like pussies for 30 seconds. It was good.

The level of betrayal that has played out here is insane. Normally, labor scarcity is how an economy heals itself. When workers become harder to find, employers have to raise wages to deal with it, and out of this market slowdown the seeds of a new boom would be sowed as young people have greater purchasing power to buy a home, get married, and have kids of their own. But instead of allowing that correction to happen, America chose a different model. We’ve mass imported millions of replacements to suppress wages, blowing out asset prices in the process and leaving native Americans economically (and increasingly culturally and politically) dispossessed in their own country.
Foreign workers have received 52% of American jobs since 2007

Super Sky Point to Bob Horner. He was the NL Rookie of the Year and an All-Star but if you were around back then you know he was more than that. Much more. He was a fixture in the homes of millions of us through the miracle of cable television during those epic childhood summers that seemed like they’d never end. I was a fan for over 40 years but had never met Bob until I interviewed him last December about Dale Murphy’s Hall of Fame case. As you’d expect, Bob was a fierce advocate for his fellow Fulton County basher. How could he not be? They were Murph and Horner. Horner and Murph. The Hall and Oates of the Launching Pad. You know, these sky points all suck to write but this one hurts more than most. The four-homer game, the bad perm, Chief Noc-A-Homa waiting by his teepee for another Horner long ball. I have tweeted a lot about Bob Horner through the years and it’s because he represents to me, and I suspect many of you too, something far bigger than baseball: WTBS coming out of the magic box on top of my 400-pound Zenith, cool air coming through my bedroom window after another afternoon of Wiffle Ball, and Rick Mahler (probably) toeing the rubber at about 7:05 while hoping to keep the Braves in it with smoke and mirrors long enough for Horner and Murph to do some damage. And me sprawled out on green and yellow shag carpet in Kentucky paying 100 times more attention to Skip Caray, Ernie Johnson, and Pete Van Wieren than any of my teachers. Farewell, you sweet slugging bastard. Tell St. Peter you brought your glove for the hot corner and to write you into the cleanup spot. #RIP

At this point, we need to just ban the H-1B visa entirely. You aren't going to convince me there is a "labor shortage" when 42% of recent college grads are underemployed, stuck in jobs that don't require their degree. Start giving people a chance instead of throwing away their future for your own greed. It's destroying our country.

Just terminate the program.
FIRST ON FOX: Republicans move to kill a payroll tax loophole that gives employers a financial incentive to hire foreign students over American graduates — after ICE uncovered 10,000 'phantom workers' exploiting the system. Rep. Glenn Grothman's OPT Fair Tax Act would force employers to pay the same Social Security and Medicare taxes for foreign OPT workers that they already pay for domestic hires. The bill targets a pipeline that averages 330,000 foreign student workers annually. Closing the loophole could generate up to $36 billion in federal revenue over 10 years.

Nancy Mace is proposing a ban on foreign-born citizens from serving in Congress, presidential cabinets, and becoming federal judges, arguing those positions should be reserved for natural-born American citizens. The proposal would impact both Democrats and Republicans, including Rep. Ilhan Omar, Rep. Pramila Jayapal, Rep. Ted Lieu, Sen. Bernie Moreno, Rep. Young Kim, and several other lawmakers who immigrated to the U.S. before becoming citizens. Mace suggests that naturalized citizens may have divided loyalty between the United States and their home countries, “For too long we have allowed foreign-born members to hold seats in this government, while making clear their loyalty is not here. We see it every day."
