Statistics show that this would increase mortalities vs requiring breath interlock systems with out revocation of License. This legislation will break up families, put more people on welfare, and put a bigger strain on our legal system.
While New Hampshire is the safest state in the nation, we have one of the highest refusal rates for breath alcohol tests.
Closing the loophole that encourages people not to cooperate when stopped for a DUI will save lives.

I’m not the biggest fan of Lily Tang, mostly I’ve had some issues from her supporter spreading lies about me. But it’s unbelievable to me that top GOP officials almost never mentioned when trashing Maggie Goodland. Lily has more donors than all of the CD1 candidates combined.

This tragic loss led to critical advancements in submarine safety that the @USNavy still uses today. We will never forget their service and sacrifice.
