The council was handed £35,000 to ensure veterans had roofs over their heads, not just for warmth but as a thank you for their service. Where has that money gone? Into bureaucracy? Into the pockets of those who don't understand sacrifice? While we house thousands of illegal migrants in hotels, our own, who fought for our freedoms, are left to fend for themselves. This isn't about politics; it's about humanity, dignity, and respect. The council, the government - they've all failed these men. Failed to honor their service, failed to provide basic human dignity.
