It's not like I didn't tell everyone that would happen! πŸ‘‡πŸ» x.com/i/status/2027782738019…
I love how the president did what these people have been demanding for decades, but because he didn’t just nuke Tehran and commit to ground forces overthrowing the regime, well, it’s literally the exact same as Obama! Wholly unserious commentators. Just vile, scum of the earth. They are America last.

That's exactly what's happening. It's amazing that Cruz thinks he could ever be President. I mean, I wouldn't mind seeing him appointed to SCOTUS... Seriously. But he has the charisma of pond algae and the popularity of jock itch. What delusion is he living in?
First Jackson and now this guy. Yeah, Cruz is running in 28 and will get destroyed

Preach it, girl! What she said: πŸ‘‡πŸ»πŸ‘‡πŸ»
Georgia needs a fighter who has proven he will give up his own personal liberties in order for justice to be delivered. Back during 2020 when conservative activists from all over the state were contact legislators about election irregularities, many ducked and covered in hopes if they kept their head down, it would blow over. Not Burt Jones. He and three others called for a special session which resulted in him being stripped of his committee assignments as a State Senator by the RINO LG Geoff Duncan, who his opponent has funded and backed. When he launched his campaign for LG in 2021, the establishment mocked him and tried everything in their power to ensure he would not win. It was a tough fight, but he got in without avoiding a runoff. The results of that race in 2022 were plentiful, including Burt leading the most conservative Senate chamber we have seen in this state and he is on his way to to rivaling Florida and Tennessee. Burt has a tough run off fight this Tuesday, June 16th. But he is no stranger to a tough fight. Whether it was becoming a walk on at UGA and then a Team Captain of a winning SEC football team, taking on Fani Willis and her corrupt rogue Fulton County DA’s office or battling left wing activists and fence riding Republicans to keep pushing and helping get passed into law the most conservative legislation our state has ever seen. I’ve chosen my fighter. I’ll pick the tried and true. The type of elected official that can lead a Senate Body and still have time to catch his son’s basketball game, his daughter cheer, take his son fishing, his daughter golfing or spent quality time with his wife, Jan. Those aren’t just Georgia values but values of a strong biblically driven family man. Georgia, let’s make him our 84th Governor! @burtjonesforga Make a plan this Tuesday! I think your lesson that if you touch a black person then they'll unalive you IS framing the black community as inherently violent, you twit.
The irony is that if Austin kept his hands to himself he’d still be alive. White parents should be talking to their children about boundaries and consent. But instead they’re framing Karmelo, and by extension the black community as inherently violent
Community note
Karmelo Anthony refused repeated requests to leave, said "touch me and see what happens" while reaching into his bag, then stabbed Metcalf in the chest after being pushed, which is unlawful escalation to deadly force without reasonable grounds, by law. apnews.com/article/texas-… abcnews.com/US/karmelo-ant… nbcnews.com/news/us-news/k…

So Ted Cruz can travel to Georgia on Monday to campaign for billionaire Bush Republican Rick Jackson, but he can't spend anytime demanding Senator John Thune NUKE the filibuster and get the SAVE Act passed?

If you know what's happening here, Jones is actually being outspent around 2:1, at least, and isn't doing anything Kemp didn't do... The machine is going to try to install their preferred candidate. We MUST make it TOO BIG TO RIG!
A federal appeals court on Friday ruled a Georgia law that lets powerful incumbents raise unlimited campaign cash is likely unconstitutional, dealing a serious blow to what has been a significant fundraising advantage for a select few candidates. ajc.com/politics/2026/06/fed…

Any GOP that is going against POTUS endorsement is being paid for it and part of the problem. We align with our President and vote for those who earned his endorsement. PERIOD.

Imagine thinking that Elon Musk being worth a trillion bucks is a bad thing but that a government that can spend that in a matter of weeks is a good thing that you should trust to make lives better.

Ummmm....
Podcaster Larry Reid calls for a "mass exodus" of black Americans to Africa in response to the Karmelo Anthony verdict. "I want you to begin to think about this America and the white people problem that we have... As a collective, let's drain this place of its benefits and make our mass exodus and go home and build." "Civil rights did not make white people that are infected with whiteness stop being racist. They still raised racist children that run this country to this day." "You come from a land that flows with milk and honey. They pulled you out of that land ancestrally and brought you to a place to where your royalty was not recognized. Used your black power, your black mysticism, your African spirituality, and your physiological superiority to build this country and give everybody reparations except you."

Generally anyone who comes here and says, "Let's keep it this way." is not someone I consider an enemy. Safe late night walks are indeed a lovely part of Southern living.

Hey Georgia Voters! Tired of the @LeaderJohnThune crew? Need yet another reason to vote @burtjonesforga ...here it is ...
There you have it, Georgia. You can side with Trump & vote for @burtjonesforga--Trump's endorsement is not for sale. Or you can go with the Cruz Crew, which is perfect, because Jackson has always actually opposed Trump his entire career. Trump. Or Cruz, Haley & Cheney.

"...people who say you can't trust a word said by the IRGC who apparently believe anonymously sourced social media posts." YES! EXACTLY THAT! Everyone complaining about how you can't make a deal with Iran keeps believing Iran. So good.
I'm seeing a lot of fake information about a potential deal to reopen the Strait and end Iran's nuclear weapons program. First, the Iranians are not receiving any cash, and no funds are being released for simply signing a deal or attending a meeting. The deal is structured to ensure that the US and its allies concerns are prioritized, and that if the Islamic Republic of Iran meets its obligations, then economic benefits will flow to them and to the entire region. This deal has the potential to remake the region and lead to lasting peace. I've noticed a couple of bizarre things in the reporting over the last few hours. First, people who (rightly) said Donald Trump was a historic president a month ago now criticizing a deal based on unconfirmed media reports. Second, people who say you can't trust a word said by the IRGC who apparently believe anonymously sourced social media posts. The president is going to get us a good outcome, one way or the other.

I am proud to endorse Rick Jackson for Governor of Georgia. Rick’s story is a testament to the American Dream. Raised in the foster care system, he overcame adversity through hard work, determination, and faith to build a successful business that employs thousands of Georgians. Rick understands firsthand the challenges facing working families, and he knows that freedom and opportunity, not bigger government, are the keys to prosperity. As Governor, he will cut taxes, lower costs, create jobs, and fight for conservative principles. Georgia needs a proven fighter, and Rick is exactly that leader. I am proud to support him and look forward to his victory.

Exactly. People who have all the answers to international relations based on something they saw on TV, or just read on Facebook are the most insufferable dullards on the planet. Trump has been batting 1.000. Just because it doesn't look the way you expected it to, or is taking longer than you'd like doesn't mean a) you even understand what's actually happening, or b) have a better idea how it should be done.

It's like this: if the central premise of your hot take is that you understand something about the Iranians that Trump somehow keeps missing, then right there is where you F'd up. Crank the unearned arrogance from 11 back down to at most maybe an 8. You ain't exactly Kissinger.
One of the reasons this site has become so worthless is that smug people witness an obvious propaganda war, and they unironically analyze the propaganda as if it's reliable news, when the correct but far less intriguing take is, "It's a propaganda war. Go about your business."
